MARIANA FAGUNDES
FOUNDER AND DIRECTOR
Mariana Fagundes is a journalist, specialized in Cinema from the London Film Academy and in Digital Marketing from UNI BH. In London, he recorded his first documentary Outdoor Dreams, in 2009. Since then, he has built a solid career as a filmmaker, having directed films and series that have won awards at national and international film festivals and shows, shown on channels such as TV Brasil, GNT, Canal Like, Cine Brasil TV and Canal Futura. Most of his films focus on sociocultural and educational themes.
In 2011 he founded Noctua Ideias e Conteúdo, a company specialized in producing strategic content, in multiplatform audiovisual language, to engage people, brands and institutions. Coordinated projects for institutions such as Natura, Ministry of Justice, Fundação Getúlio Vargas (Brazil), NGOs Climate and Land Use Alliance (USA) and International Work Group for Indigenous Affairs (Denmark), Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of Spain, among others .
Throughout her career, Mariana expanded her research on cinema and education, giving audiovisual training workshops in indigenous villages and public schools, through the “One Hundred Years of Youth” project – from Cinemateca Francesa, in partnership with the NGO Imagens em Movimento . In the academic sphere, his films have been shown at institutions such as USP, UFOP, UERJ and Fundação Oswaldo Cruz.
MORGANA RISSINGER
Morgana is a cultural manager specializing in contemporary art. She was director of Cine Esquema Novo (Porto Alegre) for more than ten years and owner of the Desvio gallery, in BH, where she held exhibitions, workshops and cultural meetings. She was curator of the Inhotim Institute from 2011 to 2015 and is currently working as a project coordinator and executive producer of audiovisual content.
She has a degree in Social Communication with a degree in Advertising from UFMG. He specialized in audiovisual through free courses, the last being in documentary at the Escuela Internacional de cine y TV, in Cuba. In Belo Horizonte he worked for several production companies focusing on both advertising and documentaries. He was one of the assemblers of Noctua's latest series, Fronteiras Fluidas.
THIAGO LANDI
Thiago Landi has a bachelor's degree in Social Communication from PUC Minas, a bachelor's degree in Literature/Spanish from UFMG, a master's degree in Publishing from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and a master's degree in Literary Studies from UFMG. He is a book editor, writer, translator and reviewer. He also works as a producer of cultural projects and production director in cinema and theater.

SARA FAGUNDES
Architect, set designer and lighting designer, Sara Fagundes has a master's degree in Performing Arts from the Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro. She has signed different artistic works as a set designer, art director and lighting designer. She is currently a member of the Laboratory for Studies of Theatrical Space and Urban Memory at Unirio, and a doctoral candidate in the Postgraduate Program in Performing Arts at Unirio, where she investigates issues related to the spatiality of the scene.
